Angel Food Ministry

Jewel City Church is a distribution host site for Angel Food Ministries.   Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief and financial support to communities throughout the United States. The program began in 1994 with 34 families in Monroe, Georgia (between Atlanta and Athens), and has grown to serve hundreds of thousands of families every month across 35 states.  Angel Food distribution takes place on the third Saturday of every month here at Jewel City.  If you would like to find out more info on Angel Food or place an order for a box of food, visit www.angelfoodministries.com.  Furthermore, if you are interested in being involved in this ministry, contact the church office (304-592-5755) and we will put you in touch with our local Angel Food coordinator, Bev Boyles.
